description Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Wall Street English, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and meeting all relevant KPIs related to sales, student support, and customer care. You will manage your daily schedule effectively, ensuring all required calls, follow-ups, and appointments are completed on time. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM to ensure effective contact and relationship management, while providing regular reports to the Centre Director on your sales activities and progress. You will also participate in Sales and Service team meetings and act as a key point of contact between students and the Service team, ensuring a smooth and positive student experience.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. The candidate should be organized, confident, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets and KPIs. Good English communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are also required.
